There’s something irresistible about a man who knows exactly how to get what he wants. 😈
And in His Wicked Persuasion, Vanya Orlov might be the most dangerously persuasive hero I’ve written yet.
When I first imagined Vanya, I saw a man who lives in the shadows of power — smooth, strategic, and always ten steps ahead. A Kozlov fixer. The one you send when problems need to disappear quietly. His missions are usually clean, efficient, and emotionless.
This one isn’t.
All he has to do is retrieve a rare book from a quiet special-collections library. Simple. In and out. No complications.
Then he meets Paige Kisner.
Paige is meticulous. Orderly. Rule-bound. The kind of woman who believes structure keeps the world from falling apart. Her library is her sanctuary, and she guards it with sharp intelligence and unshakable resolve. 📚 Vanya’s charm — so effective everywhere else — slides right off her.
And that’s when things get interesting. 😉
If you love:
- Alpha male heroes who play dirty
- Brilliant heroines who refuse to be steamrolled
- Forced proximity and rising tension
- Dark secrets with devastating stakes
- Passion tangled with danger
…this story was written for you. 🖤
I poured so much into Vanya and Paige — their power struggle, their chemistry, their wounds, and the way they challenge each other at every turn. Their story is intense, emotional, and full of the kind of edge-of-your-seat momentum I adore writing.
I can’t wait for you to step into their world.

HIS WICKED PERSUASION
Charismatic Kozlov fixer Vanya Orlov expects his latest mission to be simple: retrieve a rare book from a quiet, rare books library. He’s thwarted by the brilliant, rule-bound librarian Paige Kisner, who’s an unexpectedly formidable fortress against his legendary charm.
Forced to use darker methods, Vanya shatters Paige’s meticulously ordered world, blackmailing her into his hunt and awakening a wildness she’s long suppressed.
Hunted by rivals and the ghosts of a shared, traumatic past, Paige must choose between the safe life she thought she needed, and the intoxicating man who brought her dangerously alive, never guessing the book Vanya wants contains a secret that will bring the Kozlovs to their knees.
